Shareholder notification disclosure in relation to upcoming General Meeting

Kjell Skappel, Chairman of the Board of Pexip Holding ASA, has in connection
with the General Meeting on April 25, 2025, received proxies without voting
instructions for a total of 12,038,123 shares, corresponding to 11.5% of the
share capital. The proxies are valid only for the General Meeting on April 25,
2025. In addition, Kjell Skappel controls 10,382,442 shares in Pexip Holding,
corresponding to 9.9% of the share capital.

This means that Kjell Skappel holds proxies without voting instructions and
controls his own shares amounting to a total of 21.5% of the share capital in
Pexip Holding ASA.
