DOF Group ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

DOF Group ASA (the "Company") has been informed that Kristin H. Holth, member of
the board of directors, has purchased 2,500 shares in the Company through her
related party Kricon AS as further specified in the attached notification form.
Following the transaction, Kristin H. Holth holds 2,500 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
