New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI") on 3 April 2025, informing of the completion of the
transaction with Carucel Eiendom, and the resolution by PPI's board of
directors to issue 4,594,620 new shares in PPI as partial consideration in the
transaction.

The share capital increase pertaining to the consideration shares has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and PPI's
share capital following such registration is NOK 10,989,237.20 divided into
219,784,744 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
