DOF Group ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

DOF Group ASA (the "Company") has been informed that Adrian Geelmuyden, member
of the board of directors, has purchased 6,000 shares in the Company as further
specified in the attached notification form. Following the transaction, Adrian
Geelmuyden holds 16,000 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
