Disclosure of large shareholding

Nordic Corporate Bank ASA has today, 7 April 2025, enforced a security interest
granted over 8,297,628 shares in Eqva ASA in favour of Nordic Corporate Bank ASA
and thereby increased its holding of shares in Eqva ASA from 15,911,011 to
24,208,639, equal to an increase from approx. 19.64% to 29.88% of the shares and
votes.
This announcement is published in accordance with section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act
