NEXT Biometrics, the world leader in advanced high-security fingerprint sensor
technology, has signed an agreement with a world leader in the Smartphone
Ecosystem for the company´s new display technology.

In January NEXT presented a plan to use the company´s patented technology in the
smartphone industry. The R&D department is developing a way to use fingerprint
sensor technology on the full screen of a smartphone, a long-sought-after
innovation in the mobile industry. Since then, this potential innovation has
garnered substantial interest from key industry players, confirming the strong
market potential. However, specific customer engagements remain confidential.

“Initial feedback from select industry leaders underscores the groundbreaking
nature of this technology and its potential to drive transformative change in
the biometric and display industry,” said Ulf Ritsvall, CEO of NEXT. “There will
be ongoing discussions and evaluations with potential partners and customers.
Further updates on the progress and market adoption will be provided as
developments unfold.
