GOGL: Mandatory notification of trade

CMB.TECH Bermuda Ltd. (“CMB.TECH Bermuda”), a wholly owned subsidiary of
CMB.TECH NV has acquired a total of 4,606,390 shares in Golden Ocean Group
Limited (“Golden Ocean”) in the open market for an aggregate purchase price of
approximately USD 37.5 million(1). Following the transactions, CMB.TECH Bermuda
owns 98,400,304 shares in Golden Ocean, representing approx. 48.9% of Golden
Ocean's issued share capital (calculated on the basis that Golden Ocean has
issued 201,165,621 shares) and approx. 49.4% of the 199,403,293 outstanding
shares with voting rights in Golden Ocean (according to information provided in
Golden Ocean’s Annual Report on Form 20-F filed on March 20, 2025).
