Belships ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Belships ASA from trading
on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.11.2 (3), Euronext Oslo
Børs has on 4 April 2025 made the following resolution: "The shares in Belships
ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 7 April 2025. The last day of
trading will be 4 April 2025."
