Rebirth Spa acquires 100% of Motus Srl, strengthening its operational presence in the real estate supply chain

Rebirth Spa, active in the real estate development sector, announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Motus Srl, a company specialized in plant and infrastructural maintenance services, with consolidated experience in the residential and commercial sectors, in which Rebirth already held 50% of the capital.

The transaction is part of Rebirth Spa's vertical integration strategy, aimed at consolidating direct control over critical activities along the value chain, with particular attention to maintenance, operational management of real estate assets and continuous improvement of efficiency standards.

"The entry of Motus into our group represents a key step towards the full internalization of maintenance activities, which are essential to ensure the excellence and durability of our creations. We thus strengthen our ability to oversee every phase of the real estate cycle, from design to management over time," said Massimiliano Alfieri, CEO of Rebirth.

With this acquisition, the Rebirth group aims to optimize maintenance processes, improve operational efficiency and offer an increasingly complete and integrated service to its customers and investors.

The transaction was finalized today, with immediate effect.
