Otello announces sale of patents

Otello Corporation announced today that it has signed a patent purchase
agreement to sell certain patents of a former subsidiary that were transferred
to Otello when the subsidiary was wound up. Otello will receive 2.6 MUSD for the
patents, divided into an initial payment of 1.95 MUSD and 650 KUSD in fifteen
months.
