Option holder has exercised 34,000 options of NOK 35.

Eric Skjæveland, project manager in Soiltech ASA has exercised 34,000 options
that were granted on 20 March 2020. After this, zero options remain.

The company will send a new notification when the share capital increase has
been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

The exercised options have been granted in accordance with the company's share
option program.
