Completion of transaction with Carucel Eiendom

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI") on 1 April 2025, whereby PPI announced the transaction to
acquire two property companies for assisted living services in the field of
substance abuse, mental health and physical disabilities from Carucel Eiendom
(the "Transaction").

The Transaction was completed today, 3 April 2025. As part of completion of
the Transaction and to issue the 4,594,620 consideration shares in the
Transaction, PPI's board of directors has resolved to increase PPI's share
capital with NOK 229,731 pursuant to the authorisation to increase PPI's share
capital granted by PPI's general meeting on 12 April 2024.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the
consideration shares in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, PPI's
share capital will be NOK 10,989,237.20 divided into 219,784,744 shares, each
with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
