Transfer of shares in long-term incentive program

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has today transferred a total of 11 671 own
shares at a price of NOK 1154,86 per share in connection with the long-term
incentive program (LTI) for senior management and key employees. The price has
been set in accordance with the guidelines in the long-term intensive program
and based on the purchase price KONGSBERG achieved in the market. There is a
three-year lock-in period for the shares.
This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders
and related parties who have purchased shares through the program.
Shares in the company have been transferred to the following primary insiders on
April 1st, 2025:

Lisa Edvardsen Haugan has purchased 423 shares
