Odfjell Technology Ltd – Resignation and appointment of non-executive Directors

Odfjell Technology Ltd announces the resignation of the non-executive director
Susanne Munch Thore effective today, 1st April 2025.

With immediate effect, the vacancy created will be filled with the appointment
of Harald Thorstein as a non-executive director. He is partner of the London
based advisory firm Arkwright London Partners LLP and Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Jacktel AS and B2 Impact ASA, as well as a Director of DOF Group
ASA, Yara ASA and Odfjell Drilling Ltd. Mr Thorstein brings with him prior
experience from being on the boards of various companies such as Altus
Intervention, Archer, Deep Sea Supply, Solstad Offshore, Seadrill and Seadrill
Partners, SFL Corp, Northern Offshore, Golden Ocean and Aktiv Kapital.

Mr Thorstein studied at the Norwegian University of Technology and Science where
he received a Master of Science Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
