Multiconsult acquires Lifetec AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has entered into an agreement to purchase all the
shares of the acoustics company Lifetec based in Oslo, Norway. With the
acquisition, Multiconsult is strengthening its position as one of the leading
acoustics environments in the Nordics and enhancing its ability to deliver
comprehensive solutions from early phase to implementation of large,
interdisciplinary projects.

Lifetec was established in 1994 and is a specialised engineering firm within
acoustics, noise, and vibrations. The company has six employees with high
professional expertise and a strong project portfolio within industry and
energy. Their experience ranges from offshore to new green industry and urban
environments. Lifetec AS is a well-managed company with long experience and
complements Multiconsult's professionalism and strengthens capacity in a
strategically important market.

For 2024 (2023), Lifetec AS recorded operating revenues of NOK 12.0 million
(12.7), EBIT (No: driftsresultat) of NOK 1.8 million (2.4) and net profit (after
tax) of NOK 1.5 million (2.0). The consideration will be settled with cash.

The share purchase agreement between the companies was signed on 1 April 2025.
Lifetec's six employees will be organised in the section for Acoustics in Oslo.
The acoustics environment in Multiconsult now counts over 50 employees.
