The shareholders of Magnora ASA are called to the Annual General Meeting which
will be held on 29 April 2025 at 09:00 (CET), at the offices of law firm Schjødt
at Tordenskiolds gate 12, Oslo and on video conference.

Attached is the notice for the meeting, including attendance and proxy forms and
other relevant appendices. The notice is also available at the web site of
Magnora ASA, www.magnoraasa.com - https://www.magnoraasa.com.

All shareholders are urged to give proxy to vote the shares, or to cast votes
electronically in advance via VPS. Votes cannot be cast by phone or video during
the meeting. Link to the meeting will be made available on Magnora's web page a
few days before the meeting.
