2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020) Commencement as Chief Executive Officer

2020 Bulkers is pleased to announce that Lars-Christian Svensen has commenced
as Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2025, as well as Contracted Chief
Executive Officer of Himalaya Shipping Ltd, under the management agreement
between 2020 Bulkers Management AS and Himalaya Shipping Ltd.

Herman Billung will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer for
2020 Bulkers and commence his new role as Senior Advisor.

Chairman Magnus Halvorsen stated: "On behalf of the Board and the entire 2020
Bulkers organization I would like to thank Herman for his tenure. His
dedication, work ethic, and network has been first class, and we are grateful
