Vår Energi ASA publishes the Annual Report for 2024

Sandnes, Norway 31 March 2025: The Board of Directors of Vår Energi ASA (OSE:
VAR) has approved the financial statements for 2024 and the Company has today
published the Annual Report for 2024, including financial and sustainability
reporting.

The report attached has been made available on the Company's
website www.varenergi.no in PDF and ESEF format, together with the Company's
Report on remuneration of the Executive management for 2024.

There are no material changes to the financial statements compared with the
preliminary and unaudited results for 2024 as reported by Vår Energi on 11
February 2025.
