Notification of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Cloudberry Clean Energy
ASA (“the Company” on 28. March 2025 regarding the closing of the
Skovgaard-transaction, which entails a share issue directed at Skovgaard.

Joh Johannson Eiendom AS (“JJE”) continues to hold 29 512 098 ordinary shares in
the Company. Following the completion of the directed share issue, JJE’s
ownership in the Company is approximately 9.3 %, passively falling below the
10%-threshold for notification of large shareholdings.

JJE is controlled by Johan Johannson through Joh Johannson Invest AS.
