Notification of Large Shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Cloudberry Clean
Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or "Company") on 28 March 2025 regarding the successful
completion of the Skovgaard transaction.

In relation to completion of the transaction, Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS, has
on 28 March 2025 subscribed for 28,658,555 new shares in the Company. Prior to
the subscription Jørgen Skovgaard Holding A/S possessed 2,400,000 shares in the
Company. As a result of this Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS will own 31,058,555
shares and votes, representing 9.7988 % of the outstanding shares and votes of
Cloudberry.

Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS is indirectly controlled by Jørgen Skovgaard
through the following company:

JSkov Holding 2015 ApS (CVR-no. 37851574)

Neither Jørgen Skovgaard, Jørgen Skovgaard Holding ApS, JSkov Holding ApS nor
any of their affiliates have any further rights to shares or votes in
Cloudberry.
