Correction – Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 28 March 2025
regarding a registered share capital increase.

The details of the share capital, number of shares, and nominal value provided
in the announcement is correct. The company's share capital is1 038 933,61,
divided into 7 991 797 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13.
However, due to an oversight, a prior share capital increase that was registered
in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 9 December 2024 was not
announced. Today’s announcement is made to ensure full transparency.

The following options were exercised in 2024 and registered on 9 December 2024
in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

On 30 October 2024, option holder Oluf Bergsvik exercised 28,710 options at a
strike price of NOK 11. These options were granted on 2 April 2012. Following
the exercise, his remaining number of options is 28,710, as correctly stated in
the announcement dated 28 March 2025.

On 12 November 2024, option holder Eric Skjæveland exercised 1,000 options at a
strike price of NOK 35. These options were granted on 20 March 2020. After this
exercise, 34,000 options remain.
