Belships ASA — Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in
Belships ASA (the “Company”) by Blue Northern BLK Ltd. as announced on 31 March
2025, an extraordinary general meeting in the Company was held on 31 March 2025.


The minutes from the general meeting are attached to this notice.
