Aker BioMarine ASA – Notice of Annual General Meeting

31 March 2025: The annual general meeting of Aker BioMarine ASA will be held on
Tuesday 25 April 2025 at 13:00 CET.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, and voting will be
handled online during the meeting. Information about log-in details for the
meeting is available in the notice of
the general meeting. For further information regarding participation, please go
to www.akerbiomarine/agm.

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged
in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and
proxies is 24 April 2025 at 16:00 CET.
