With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 17 March 2025 regarding
the option exercise by Oluf Bergsvik.

Following the registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises of
the shares issued in connection with the option exercise, the company's share
capital is now 1 038 933,61, divided into 7 991 797 shares, each with a nominal
value of NOK 0.13.
