Bergen, 28 March 2025: Scana ASA announces that Torvald Ulland Reiestad, as of
today, has decided to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will be succeeded by Morten Riiser who will be constituted as CFO.
Morten Riiser is currently serving as Vice President of Finance in Scana ASA and
has extensive experience from financial managerial positions, including CFO for
Endùr ASA and CFO Advisory engagements at KPMG Norway.
Pål Selvik, CEO of Scana ASA says: “I would like to thank Torvald for excellent
execution during his five years as CFO. His dedication and expertise have played
a key role in steering Scana ASA to the position we hold today. We are also
pleased that Morten Riiser will assume the role as CFO. Morten already plays a
significant role within the finance function in Scana and has the skillset to
enhance value creation in Scana”.
Torvald Ulland Reiestad says: “It has been a true privilege to serve as CFO in
Scana ASA since September 2020. Working closely with the skilled people in our
portfolio companies and building value through organic growth and transactions
has been both challenging and fulfilling.”
