SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Minutes from meeting of Supervisory Board on 27 March 2025

On 27 March 2025, the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet met in the
bank’s headquarters in Hamar.

Among other things, the Supervisory Board approved the annual accounts for 2024
and the distribution of profits, including dividends for equity capital
certificate holders, customer dividends, and gifts, it authorized raising
subordinated capital and senior non-preferred debt as well as buybacks of equity
certificates, and it elected the new Chair of the Board of Directors, the new
Deputy Chair and other board members, as well as the new Chair and Deputy Chairs
of the Supervisory Board.

Lars Erik Tandsæther is the new Chair of the Supervisory Board. He has
previously been member of the General Meeting of Totens Sparebank, representing
customers. Ragnhild Børresen Abrante is the new Deputy Chair of the Supervisory
Board.

Nina Cecilie Strøm Swensson was elected new Chair of the Board of Directors,
replacing Siri J. Strømmevold, who has been Chair since 2012. Swensson has been
Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors since 2016. Current member of the Board
of Directors Alexander Sandberg Lund was elected as new Deputy Chair in a
supplementary election for the remainder of Swensson’s term as Deputy Chair
until 2026. Hege Yli Melhus Ask was elected as new board member and Tore-Anstein
Dobloug was re-elected as board member.
