Dolphin Drilling AS Extraordinary General Meeting Held

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Dolphin Drilling AS (the "Company") was
held today, 27 March 2025 at 11:00 (CET). All proposals were resolved,
including election of new board members. The Company's new chairman, wishes to
inform the market that he owns 1,069,091 shares in the Company through his
wholly owned investment company Bjørnådal Invest AS. Please find attached the
minutes from the meeting.
