Bulk Infrastructure Group AS publishes today its annual report for 2024 as
approved by the Board of Directors 27 March 2025. Attached you find the Bulk

Subsequent to year-end, and on the back of a continued strong market, the
company has signed additional contracts which in sum will increase future
annualized recurring revenue (ARR) for the Bulk Infrastructure Digital segment
to approximately NOK 1.0 billion. These contracts comprise agreements with
multiple customers and are set to commence over the course of 2025 and 2026.
