On March 24, 2025, sells of 90,398 shares of Atea ASA in Fund and client
accounts caused Mawer Investment Management Ltd.’s shares outstanding and voting
rights to cross below 5%. Following the transaction, Mawer Investment
Management Ltd. indirectly owns 5,556,241 shares and voting rights, now
representing 4.94% of the company.
