March 25, 2025 - Oslo, Norway) Reference made to the stock exchange filing by
Green Minerals AS on 13 March 2025 regarding the final results of a rights
issue. The share capital increase pertaining to the rights issue has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's
new registered share capital is NOK 60,379.20 divided on 20,126,400 shares, each
with a nominal value of NOK 0.003 per share.
