Deep Value Driller AS – Extraordinary general meeting held

Oslo, 25 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made
by Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD" or the "Company") on 11 March 2025 regarding the
notice of an extraordinary general meeting with the proposal to amend DVD's
objective as set out in its articles of association, to facilitate the potential
exercise by Saipem of a conditional option to purchase the group's 7th
generation mobile offshore drilling vessel "Deep Value Driller" (the "Potential
Transaction").

The extraordinary general meeting was held today, 25 March 2025. As follows from
the attached minutes, all matters on the agenda were approved as proposed by the
board of directors. The Company's new articles of association are attached to
this announcement and will be made available on the Company's website,
www.deepvaluedriller.no.
