Disclosure of large shareholding

Following the acquisition of IMTAS Group and issuance of 5,616,438 new shares in
EQVA ASA (the “Company”), increasing shares outstanding to 81,012,447. Nordic
Corporate Bank ASA owns 15,911,011 shares in the Company which represents a
total of 19,6 % of the Company's issued shares and voting rights.
