Deep Value Driller AS – New share capital registered

24 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Deep
Value Driller AS ("DVD") on 17 March 2025, regarding the exercise of 1,983,333
warrants, each giving the right to one share in DVD, by Harald Moræus-Hanssen
acting through Uthalden AS (the "Warrant Exercise"). Pursuant to the Warrant
Exercise, DVD's share capital increased by NOK 198,333.30 through the issuance
of 1,983,333 new shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Warrant Exercise has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

– Share capital (new): NOK 9,350,833.30
– Total number of shares (new): 93,508,333
– Nominal value of each share: NOK 0.10
