Otello hereby informs its shareholders that Bemobi Mobile Tech S.A. (“Bemobi”)
has updated the market regarding a potential dividend distribution, as detailed
in the attached file.

The Board of Otello reiterates its strategy to maximize shareholder value,
including supporting Bemobi’s management in initiatives such as share buy-backs
and dividends, as well as projects that reinforce its longer-term sustainable
growth potential.
