Aurora Eiendom AS – PDMR notification

In February 2022, Strawberry Shopping AS and Joh Johannson Eiendom AS entered
into an option agreement, in relation to Strawberry Shopping AS’ option to
acquire 288,911 shares in Aurora Eiendom AS from Joh Johannson Eiendom AS.
Strawberry Shopping AS and Joh Johannson Eiendom AS have agreed to extend the
option period up to 1 March 2026, and to amend the purchase price per share
under the option to NOK 121.56/s.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
