Argeo ASA: New share capital registered

Asker, 24 March 2025. Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Argeo
ASA ("Argeo" or the "Company") (Euronext Oslo Børs: ARGEO) published on 12
February 2025 announcing the completion of a private placement of new shares in
the Company, raising gross proceeds of NOK 150 million (the "Private
Placement").

On 6 March 2025, the extraordinary general meeting in the Company resolved to
issue the shares allocated in Tranche 2 of the Private Placement. The share
capital increase related to Tranche 2 of the Private Placement has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The shares in
Tranche 2 will be issued on a separate ISIN and will not be tradable on Euronext
Oslo Børs until a listing prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by the Company, expected on or
about 2 April 2025.

The new share capital of the Company is NOK 31,588,174.50 divided into
63,176,349 shares, each with nominal value of NOK 0.50.
