6-2025 5th Planet Games announces expanding physical distribution network and a new partnership.

COPENHAGEN – March 24th 2025 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG), the video games
publisher and financier behind hit games like, Invincible Presents: Atom Eve,
Escape Academy and WrestleQuest, has today announced an increase in its physical
distribution capability and a new partnership for the physical distribution of
video games.

5th Planet Games today announced a new partnership with Glomerk SA based in
Poland; the agreement will see Glomerk provide a distribution capability
covering Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. 5th Planet Games also
announces an extension to the agreement with Nordisk A/S, which will see Nordisk
extend its partnership to include distribution across the Baltic states.

Commenting on these new initiatives, Mark Stanger CEO of 5th Planet Games said
“despite the gradual migration of video games distribution to Digital channels,
we still see significant demand for physical editions of certain games, often
presented as Collectors Editions or Deluxe Versions; this is a relatively new,
but growing part of our business. In Nordisk and Glomerk we have exceptional
partners to help us to continue to develop this new revenue stream”.

5th Planet Games first entered the distribution market for video games with its
partnership agreement with Nordisk A/S, signed in April 2024.
