General Meeting of Shareholders (the "EGM") to be held at the Sheraton
Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG
Haarlemmermeer, the Netherlands on April 7, 2025, at 14:00 CEST.
