Comment related to news coverage

Wallenius Wilhelmsen refers to the stock exchange notice published May 27, 2024,
announcing the sale of Melbourne International RoRo & Auto Terminal Pty Ltd
(MIRRAT) to Australian Amalgamated Terminals Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Qube Holdings Limited.

The transaction has been under an informal merger review process by the
Australia Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) since June 2024. ACCC’s
proposed date for announcement of its findings is schedule for March 27 2025.

An article in Australian media is speculating in the outcome of the review
process by ACCC.

Before a final decision is made by ACCC, we cannot comment any further.
