Yara International ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Member of the Yara Board of Directors Tina Lawton has purchased a total of 840
Yara shares. Following this purchase, Tina Lawton owns a total of 840 shares in
Yara international ASA. Details of the transaction can be found in the
attachment.

The share purchases are considered as PDMR trade under the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and are subject to the disclosure
requirements pursuant to MAR article 19.
