Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 26 February 2025 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
1,000,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 26 February through 20 March the company bought 452,900 shares at an
average price of NOK 71.9511. See the attached documents for detailed
information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the company owns 771,532 treasury shares.
