The 2024 Annual Report and Remuneration Report for Nordic Semiconductor ASA are
enclosed.

The annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is also available
as an attachment to this release.

The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors 19 March 2025
without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 5 February 2025.


The Annual Report is also published on www.nordicsemi.com. This information is
subject to the disclosure requirements in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act §
5-12.
