Boliden's Annual and Sustainability Report 2024 is now available at
www.boliden.com (https://investors.boliden.com/en/investor-relations/reports-and
-presentations/annual-and-sustainability-report). It highlights how Boliden
creates value and covers topics such as strategy, operations, sustainability and
financial performance. The report's overhead theme is A century of exploration
and innovation.

Compared with previous annual reports, the Annual and Sustainability Report 2024
is adapted for digital reading with a landscape format and clickable navigation.
A printed version, available in April, can only be ordered from Order Annual

The previously separately published Sustainability Index has been integrated
into the sustainbility section of the Annual and Sustainability report 2024.

in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
