On 19 March 2025, the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA approved the financial
statements for 2024 for issuance, subject to approval by the Annual General
meeting on 21 May 2025. Attached is the Telenor’s Annual Report for 2024 and the
related ESEF XBRL zip files. The 2024 Executive Compensation report is available
on our webpage

The financial statements have been adjusted compared to the preliminary and
unaudited 2024 results reported by Telenor Group on 6 February 2025 in the
following area:

- A decrease of "share of net income (loss) from associates and joint ventures "
of NOK 772 million in the income statement for 2024. The change is a result of
one-time effects reported by True Corporation and CelcomDigi in Q4 2024. The net
income for the Telenor Group changed from NOK 20,881 million to NOK 20,109
million. Refer to note 35 and 40 in the consolidated financial statements for
further information.
