Trond Arvid Larsen in Vår Energi has bought 8 550 shares through several
transactions with an average price of NOK 32.53 per share. Following the
purchases, Trond Arvid Larsen holds a total of 23 679 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
Details of the trades are included in the attached notification of trading. This
information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article
19 and Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
