in the Rødbanken banquet hall, Storgata 65, Tromsø.

Item 4/2025 Purchase and Pledge of the Bank's Equity Certificates
Item 5/2025 Authorization for Issuance and Repurchase of Fund Bonds,
Subordinated Loans, and Subordinated Debt
Item 6/2025 Report on Remuneration to Senior Executives
Item 7/2025 Election of representatives
Item 8/2025 Compensation and allowances for representatives

The meeting will be chaired by the leader of the representative assembly, Roar
