Kistefos AS - Buy-back of bonds

19 March 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 18 March 2025
regarding Kistefos AS’s issuance of new bonds.

In conjunction with the bond issue, Kistefos has bought back NOK 188.2 million
of outstanding bonds with ticker “KIST08 PRO” (ISIN NO0010911845), which will be
cancelled subsequently. Kistefos will call the remaining bonds on 1 April 2025.

ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities and DNB Markets acted as Joint Lead
Managers in connection with the placement of the new bond issue.
