Contract Award for "Normand Subsea"

Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") is pleased to announce a contract award with
Subsea7 for the subsea construction vessel "Normand Subsea".

The duration of the contract is 2-year firm and 3 yearly options with
commencement 1 January 2026.

"Normand Subsea" is a versatile IMR vessel that has been on contract to Subsea7
since 2009.

"Normand Subsea" is owned by Solstad Maritime Holding AS, in which Solstad
Offshore ASA holds 27,3%.
