Aqua Bio Technology: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company" or
"ABTEC") will be held on 9 April 2025 at 10:00 (CET) at Advokatfirmaet CLP DA,
Sommerrogata 13-15, 0255 Oslo. Please find attached the notice to the general
meeting. All documents to be treated at the general meeting will be made
available at the Company's website www.aquabiotechnology.com -

Shareholders who wish to the attend the general meeting is requested to notify
the Company as set out in Appendix 1 to the notice within 7 April 2025 at 16:00
(CET). In case of attendance by proxy, the proxy form (also included in appendix
1 to the notice) is requested submitted to be received by the Company within the
same date.
