Oslo, 18 March 2025 - Following exercise of 2 316 429 of the 210 214 592
warrants issued on 2 December 2024, the Company’s new share capital is NOK 48
188 863.50 divided into 481 888 635 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.10.
